Deb graduated from UCA with a degree in business but could not see herself sitting in an office all day. She began selling clothes at the Memphis Flea Market in Little Rock. She opened her first store in 2004 on Hwy 65B in Clinton and quickly outgrew that location. In 2006 she moved into her current location on 314 Ingram St. in Clinton. Deb carries the latest styles and fashions from famous name brand designers. There is a wide selection of sizes and styles, including plus sizes. Deb is the Silver Brand jeans retailer in this region and starting in July she will carry Silver Brand jeans, girls sizes 7-16. She also carries shoes and accessories for every occasion.
Deb said that the best part of her job is giving customers personalized service to ensure they look and feel their best. When you come to Deb’s, any of her sales associates can help you find an outfit for that special occasion. Deb says she hasn’t started her business alone:
“I could not have made it without my mom, Joan Clements. She has been with me from the start.” Throughout the store’s 10 years Deb has been fortunate to have great employees. “I have the best help in the world with my Mom, Stacie Leach and Barb Neal.”
Deb says she looks forward the next 10 years of fashion, fun and helping her customers find name brand clothing at exceptional savings.
